The concept of our menu at TATORT ENGELS is "The red board".
We buy fresh, our menu is always changing and seasonal or completely new and different depending on the weekly shopping. This allows us to work according to our principle "My kitchen my rules" and to create our dishes individually and freely. We deliberately do not want to have a classic menu in our concept, but look at which dishes and which meals we create depending on the purchase, season and raw materials.
Hans-Peter Engels and his kitchen team therefore always have a new menu, which can also change from week to week or even daily.
As a guest, you will therefore not find the menu here on the Internet, but exclusively on site in the restaurant on our "red board", generously and presently visible in the restaurant, on the large glass board.
