Tarte flambée like in Alsace in all variations

Classic savoury, vegetarian, vegan, spicy or sweet - there is a freshly baked tarte flambée to suit every taste. Traditional baguette flour is used for the dough and the tarte flambée is baked at 280 degrees. In summer, the beer garden is open outside.
