André Banneyer has been passionately producing PÖMMS since 2015. The sparkling apple wine is produced entirely by hand. The traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle develops a fine carbonation and the fruity, tangy flavour during maturation. Thanks to this refinement, the apples growing in the orchards here are utilised and preserved. In addition to the enthusiasm for a culinary identity, the idea of sustainability and regionality takes centre stage.
