Osnabrück's Hasequartier owes its name to the river that flows through it. For far too long it was hidden under a concrete cover until the city river was finally brought back into the daylight in the Hasequartier in 2016. Since then, the Hase has been able to breathe again in the city.

Visitors can linger in the Café Cup&Cino with seating right on the Hase.
