The 200-year-old tradition of Pizza Neapolitana has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since the end of 2017. At Nola, we pay attention to high quality to ensure that you get the tastiest pizza on your plate. Special features of Neapolitan pizza are the high crust and the base, which becomes softer towards the middle and is around four millimetres thin. With great attention to detail, the pizza is cooked in a stone oven at no less than 480 degrees for just 60 to 90 seconds.
