He deliberately avoids artificial substances for preservation or colouring and relies on colourful ice cream that gets its colour from nature. But anyone who thinks that simple and natural ingredients will lead to boredom is mistaken. Giovanni is always reinventing itself and also integrates unusual ice cream varieties into the puzzle assortment. From avocado to sloes to goat cheese, many adventurous ingredients have already been processed into creamy ice cream enjoyment.
