Our focus is on fish and seafood. In the preparation of the dishes, our chefs place particular emphasis on fresh and high-quality products. Our Hemingway Lounge

Many bars in Europe, the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America refer to Ernest Hemingway. The author of "The Man and the Sea" has many facets - the bon vivant is known for his enjoyment / consumption of cocktails and alcohol. We share this enthusiasm and passion for fine spirits and mixed drinks and would like to share it with our guests in the Hemingway Lounge.

Enjoyment at the station

The Eversburg railway station, built in 1905, is not only a listed building, but is also certainly one of the most beautiful railway stations in Germany. Since Deutsche Bahn abandoned the station, it was threatened with complete decay. To ensure the long-term preservation of this beautiful building, the station was given a new function.
