This is a historic half-timbered building from the 16th century in the middle of Osnabrück's old town. In the past, the carriage horses were cared for here. The building originally stood at Kamp and was moved from the vocational schools to Kleine Gildewart 9 in the 1970s.
Since opening in autumn 1989, the beautiful ambience of the Alte Fuhrhalterei has served as a venue for puppet theatre.
