The restaurant was opened in September 2008 and has since been successfully managed by Ms Kerstin Kleine-Arkenau in service and Mr Markus Seifert in the kitchen. We employ only qualified staff with completed vocational training.
The newly conceived idea combines tradition and modernity: Our interior impresses with simple elegance in the historic stone wall; the menu, on the other hand, contains newly staged classics that are always adapted to the season. For the small appetite, we have snacks such as baguettes and salads from which our guests can choose to their heart's content.
