The Niedersachsencamp (#ndsc24) with the focus on "City Tourism - Sustainable Thinking" will take place in Osnabrück from November 18 to 20, 2024. The camp is organized by Tourismusgesellschaft Osnabrücker Land mbH and "aboutcities - Das Städteetzwerk der niedersächsischen Städte".

The Niedersachsencamp is aimed at all those involved in tourism value creation: destinations, agencies & consultants, intermediaries, platforms, hotels, restaurants and other tourism service providers as well as researchers, students and travel bloggers.

The Niedersachsencamp is taking place for the sixth time this year. With a hybrid format of conference and barcamp as well as a varied excursion and supporting program, it promises professional exchange at eye level, innovative approaches and impulses for all players in the tourism industry.

Day 1 "experience" - Day 2 "experience" - Day 3 "do"

On the first day you will experience the city of peace Osnabrück up close! As part of various excursions, you will discover exciting places and innovative actors around the topics of urban development, experience shopping, city history and peace culture. The evening will end with a relaxed meal at the Hausbrauerei Rampendahl.

On the second day, we welcome you to a classic conference day in the OsnabrückHalle. The focus will be on keynote speeches, project presentations and best practice examples relating to the development of resilient, needs-oriented and resource-conserving city tourism. On this evening, the Alando Ballhaus offers an atmospheric setting for relaxed networking with a 3-course buffet and background music.

On the third day, the classic open-space method will be used. For three session rooms and three session slots, the topics will be based on your suggestions, as is usual at a barcamp. The event will end after a joint lunch snack.
