The interdisciplinary artist Nadina Memagić writes songs about capitalism, motherhood, flight and deportation and being a white-passing Kanakin. In her music cabaret program, she brings big topics to the stage in a light-hearted, entertaining and politically sophisticated way. The Bosniak and Hamburg native "kanakizes" and "de-elitizes" the original German art form of cabaret.
In the second part of the evening, musician Amir Šabić seduces with his own invented musical style: BaShBozouki's moves between ethno-noise sounds, electro sequences, free improvisation and vocally haunting slogans.
