"Since 2013, we have been celebrating the extraordinary fusion of traditional Turkish cuisine with high-quality, regional meat products in our Olive restaurant. Mediterranean dishes, refined vegetarian delicacies and signature steak cuts are our trademark. Fresh seafood, Mediterranean herbs and regional vegetables flavoured with garlic and olive oil are the specialities on which our culinary culture is based. Our products are sourced exclusively from the surrounding region.
From our love and enthusiasm for high-quality products, we started producing our own meat in our in-house butcher's shop in 2020. This gives us the certainty that the animals are reared in a species-appropriate manner with plenty of freedom of movement on the pastures in the region. We offer the exclusive opportunity to purchase a fine piece of our meat on site."
