For safety reasons, the streets Domhof and Lortzingstraße from the Busring onwards will be completely closed to through traffic during the Christmas Market! Hasestraße can only be used as far as Lohstraße without a special permit.
The car park at the Große Domsfreiheit will also be closed to public traffic during this time.
During the Christmas market, there are alternative parking spaces
- during the week at the Halle Gartlage and central and free coach parking for 15 coaches at the Große Domsfreiheit (except on Thursdays and Saturdays)
- at weekends on the grounds of the KME company on Schlachthofstraße.
A signposted stop for passengers to get on and off the bus is located
- at the Akzisehaus on Lotter Straße opposite the Heger Tor.
Important note: The streets Domhof and Lortzingstraße are completely closed to through traffic from the bus ring!
The Osnabrück Christmas Market is designed to be largely barrier-free for physically impaired visitors. Exceptions may be some Christmas stalls, carousels etc. which are not accessible for wheelchair users.
