What's it all about?
A guided walk around the Rubbenbruchsee lake offers exciting insights into the life of water birds and the birds in the surrounding park and meadow landscape. Ornithologist Dr. Gerhard Kooiker will provide expert explanations of the species and their way of life.
The event is part of the "OSNATÜRLICH - für mehr Artenvielfalt" project. With this project, the city of Osnabrück, in cooperation with Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, aims to protect, develop and connect habitats in the urban area and improve awareness of biodiversity and its value.
How many can take part?
The number of participants is limited to 20 people.
Where can you register?
Registration is open until 17 June 2025 at the latest. June 2025 here possible.
Where is the meeting point?
Parking lot at the indoor riding arena at Rubbenbruchsee.
What else should be considered?
Bring sturdy shoes, binoculars if possible.
