This workshop will
convey basic knowledge about how racism
works in our society,
how to recognize the mechanisms of
racism and
why one's own positioning plays
an important role in
cultural work. In the
further discussion
we will finally take a critical look at artistic
practice and work with
practical case studies. Ideal
for all cultural practitioners for whom
a discrimination-sensitive
perspective is important.
