Many adults and children feel disgust or even fear at the mere sight of a spider. Yet they are extremely useful and fascinating animals. In the autumn holiday program, children between the ages of six and ten can get to know these beneficial creatures and their lives in a playful way. The habitat of spiders is explored and spiders are collected around the Schölerberg. The animals are then examined under binoculars and identified. With the knowledge gained, the children make spider models to take home with them. Finally, various educational games take away any fear of the eight-legged creatures. The event takes place twice, on 9.10. and 10.10. from 14:30 to 16:30.
