On May 25, 2025, the MIK will open the children's exhibition "Of Coal, Toads and Money". On the occasion of International Museum Day, a colorful craft activity on the subject of money will take place in the run-up to the exhibition. Great wallets will be made from recycled materials. The children are also welcome to bring their own (well-rinsed) Tetra Pak and use it for their wallet. We also take a close look at banknotes: what can you actually see on them? As a highlight, the children can then design their own banknotes.
