This workshop is all about edible, young and fresh greenery that springs from spring. We'll drink homemade woodruff punch together and cook "Grüne Neune", a soup made from nine herbs that was said to have healing properties by the Celts and Normans and was long eaten on Maundy Thursday in Christianity. We take a stroll through our museum garden and show you which edible flowers you can plant in your garden.
