The new play by Bodo Wartke! After King Oedipus, the piano cabaret artist proves his acting talent for the second time with a tragedy by Sophocles. Wartke and his long-standing stage partner Melanie Haupt play all the roles in the play in rapid changes of roles with few props in a minimalist stage design. The contemporary interpretation is not only dedicated to the story of Oedipus' eldest daughter in depth, but also includes the prehistory that Sophocles tells in Oedipus at Colonus. The makers of the play approach their Antigone with respect and yet humorously, without taking the tragedy out of the play.
