Alexis Angelis, architect, project developer, founder and entrepreneur who, together with ANGELIS & PARTNER, implemented the CORE innovation platform developed by NEU_FUNDLAND in the former Hertie store in the City Center Oldenburg, whose complex now offers space for coworking, gastronomy and events, thus building a bridge to the Galeria Kaufhof store in Osnabrück, which has been vacant for years.
