The Piesberg Culture and Landscape Park is located in Osnabrück and in the heart of the TERRA.vita UNESCO Nature and Geopark. The Piesberg stands for 300 million years of earth history, industrial culture you can touch, high-quality cultural offerings and a landscape-based recreation with impressive views.

Geology & nature fans, those interested in technology & history, small & large culture enthusiasts can discover a lot here - indoors & outdoors, underground & on the mountain. Many events expand what is always there anyway!

    The Osnabrück steam locomotive enthusiasts present steam locomotive 41 052 and offer a varied programme of historical railway events.
  • 7 July 2024: KULTurflohMARKT
    Relaxed flea market atmosphere meets lively culture on the former colliery site between the Piesberger Gesellschaftshaus and MIK Museum Industriekultur.
  • 4 August 2024: Piesberg base camp
    At the end of the summer holidays, young and old can once again experience a colourful range of nature, culture and hands-on activities.
  • 1 September 2024: Search for traces
    Celebrate 30 years of the Piesberg Society House and MIK Museum of Industrial Heritage with us.
