On almost 4000 m2, the UpSprung trampoline and play park offers you a huge range of action-packed activities! In addition to the well-known various trampoline elements such as a dodge ball field, a foam pit and large AirBags for the acrobats, the Bounce Track is particularly noteworthy. In the style of the Big Bounce TV show, you can work on your best times here in a spectacular trampoline course. Right next door, a double-storey Ninja Box offers more than enough training opportunities for climbing, shimmying and sweating. In addition, the UpSprung has no less than 5 MaxAir trampolines on which advanced trampolinists get their money's worth.

To round off the package for families with children of different ages, an offer was also created for the very young. They can let off steam in the play park, the highlight of which is a 4.50 m high climbing volcano and countless opportunities to play and hide.

A course programme has also been set up. Twice a week there is a cardio fitness course called "SprungKraft" on the trampoline surface, as well as the freestyle trampoline course "DehSprung", where everyone can slowly try their hand at their first screws and somersaults under qualified supervision.

Last but not least, the in-house restaurant with outdoor terrace must be mentioned, where a lot of emphasis is placed on quality. Since the UpSprung also has seminar rooms, it has become an attractive destination for company and team building events.
