"There is the kitchen, where we cook the fruit spreads in copper kettles on an open fire. There is the pastry shop where the cakes are made: Layered, filled and decorated by hand. Next door, our chocolatiers garnish the chocolates and truffles. Other staff members stand at the refrigerated paternoster and carefully pour out the chocolates. In the marzipan department, we shape small works of art such as lucky charms, figures or decorations for cakes. And everywhere there is the smell of fine spices, chocolate and fresh fruit."
The Osnabrück-based company Leysieffer was founded in 1909. The online shop supplies pralines & truffles, chocolate, fruit spreads, pastries & marzipan, coffee & cocoa, and also wines.
