CAFÉ & BAR
The MARE is a place of lightness and carefree enjoyment. With small and fine delicacies and wines from the Atlantic and Mediterranean, including sardine specialties as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. MARE also offers something special when it comes to drinks: for example, types of gin that are not available everywhere and a special aniseed schnapps that is particularly well-known and popular in France.

THE COFFEE
The beans for our coffee come from the small farm "Tierra de Cafe" in Colombia and have an inimitably creamy chocolate taste. We use them to prepare the finest coffee specialties for you: From espresso to Americano to cappuccino.

THE DISHES
The MARE offers you many Mediterranean delicacies, from delicious breakfasts, home-baked cakes and freshly brewed coffee to our sardine specialties with matching wine accompaniment. Every Saturday there is also the popular MARE market breakfast! You can find more culinary delights on our food and drinks menu.

THE WINES
"Das Wein Cabinet" supplies us with vintner wines that are grown organically or close to nature. They are typical of the region and full of character. This is important because these wines have more to tell. Or as the French say: "La vie est trop courte pour boire du mauvais vin" (life is too short to drink bad wine). Enjoy French delicacies and a little "savoir vivre" in a Mediterranean atmosphere. The MARE team is looking forward to seeing you!
