The L99 follows the ‘Friedrich’. Since summer 2025, the newly renovated rooms of the former Michelin-starred restaurant have been home to ‘L99’ - a deliberately relaxed and cosy meeting place for wine and food lovers. Exciting: guests can sample 52 different wines - simply using a chip card and the self-service system. The team led by head chef Lars Keiling also serves fine dishes with a clear signature and great attention to detail - as classic plated dishes or as a sharing menu in the centre of the table.
