DEAD PHOENIX – live – Cut The Ropes Tour 2025

DEAD PHOENIX - Berlin-based metalcore outfit Dead Phoenix invite fans and the curious to listen to their new EP Unraveled Self, which offers a musical journey through the seasons and human emotions. "It's a journey through the emotional world over the course of a year," says Dennis, the band's singer and songwriter, about the concept behind the songs.

With Unraveled Self, Dead Phoenix present four powerful songs that reflect life in all its facets - from the fragrant new beginnings of spring to the melancholy transience of autumn, the cold isolation of winter and the suffocating heat of the summer months. Musically, the band relies on a mixture of nu-metal, metalcore and subtle electronic elements.

The EP follows on from their debut EP Out Of Ashes (2017) and the acclaimed debut album Reflections (2020) and shows that the band are consistently continuing their musical journey. "The concept is the four seasons combined with the five human senses," Dennis explains further, getting to the heart of the profound idea behind the songs.

The EP begins in spring with the track Bloom to Wilt, which captures the beauty of new beginnings and asks the question: Why do we do what we do? With powerful riffs and electronic sounds, Dead Phoenix lead us to the realization that nothing is forever and everything starts anew.

LEYKA - Founded in 2022, LEYKA have quickly made a name for themselves in the local scene. The metalcore formation from Mainz stands for straight and intense metalcore.

After a successful year 2023, including the release of the first EP "Requiem", as well as numerous concerts throughout Germany with scene greats such as Acres, Of Virtue or From Fall to Spring, the second chapter of the still young band is coming up in 2024.

With the new EP "Resurrection", LEYKA dives even deeper into the typical elements of the first release and offers an unmistakable mix of metalcore, deathcore and melodic hardcore.

HEREAFTER - A Modern Metal Kickstarter
Just step back, if you can't handle us - This is the uncompromising attitude that HEREAFTER already showed in their debut single "WASTED YEARS". The double front of brutal growls and captivating vocals is transformed into a modern metal epic by means of supporting instrumentals. Founded in Bielefeld in 2018, the band has already demonstrated their skills at the W:O:A Metal Battle and on the stages of national open-air festivals with acts such as Dog Eat Dog and Crossplane. In addition, support slots such as From Fall to Spring and Never Back Down at Kulttempel Oberhausen were not to be missed.
