With Bernhard Forck, the concert season starts with a renowned baroque specialist. Forck is concertmaster of the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin and will be performing a baroque program with the Osnabrück Symphony Orchestra for the first time. With the Symphonie nouvelle Les Élémens, one of the best-known works by the French composer Jean-Féry Rebel, as well as an orchestral suite by Johann Sebastian Bach, a concerto grosso by George Frideric Handel and the orchestral suite from the opera Dardanus by Jean-Philipp Rameau, the orchestra will immerse itself in the world of the Baroque.
